naabThe programs of ITU Faculty of Architecture, which are the undergraduate program from Department of Architecture and Architecture Non-Thesis Master Program, was awarded an international substantial-equivalency for 6 years after the last visit by the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) in 2015. This equivalence, which confirms the quality of education and training activities provided in the Department of Architecture, has been given to the Faculty of Architecture of ITU for the first time outside the USA in the field of architecture.

ceaIn 2009, ITU School of Foreign Languages (YDY) applied to the Commission on English Language Program Accreditation (CEA), which is the only institution authorized by the US Ministry of Education and has an international prestige in the field of English language education. English Preparatory Programs maintained by ITU YDY have been deemed to meet the prescribed standards and accredited for 5 years, which is the maximum period for the first application.
The accreditation, which expired in April 2017, has been re-accredited by CEA to be valid between April, 2018 and April, 2027.

iflaAfter it was determined that the criteria, specified in the International Federation of Landscape Architects (IFLA) Guidance Document for Recognition or Accreditation, have been fully met, the Department of Landscape Architecture of ITU was awarded as fully recognized/accredited by the Accreditation Board.
